Clear, fair, and hassle-free returns

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving damaged or defective products only.
• Please contact our customer service team to start a complaint and return request.
• 100% refunds apply only to orders cancelled before shipment. Payment gateway charges will be borne by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:

• Order number
• Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
• A short description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to reflect the amount.

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost.
• For all other eligible returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.

8. Refund Exceptions

• The product is used, damaged, or missing accessories.
• The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
• The return request is made after the eligible period.
• The product falls under the non-returnable category.
