What to expect
We keep every shipment transparent, trackable, and carefully handled from dispatch to delivery.
Coverage: All across India
International shipping: Not available yet
Business hours: Monday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sales, festivals, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss available alternatives.
3. Estimated delivery time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
4. Shipping charges
Orders are charged according to the shipping rates displayed at checkout. Heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges.
Delivery, tracking, and claims
5. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Email and/or SMS/WhatsApp, along with a tracking number, courier details, and real-time shipment tracking.
6. Delivery
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address. If delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Damaged or tampered packages
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, do not accept it if possible. Take clear photographs and contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
Missing items, delays, and support
8. Incorrect or missing items
If you receive an incorrect item or any item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and contents. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Delivery delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, government restrictions, or courier network disruptions.
10. International shipping
Currently, 3 Empty Hands ships only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
